Hey! My name is John(obviously) and I freakin' LOVE to cook! I started this cooking journey in August of 2022 when I was hired to take over full control of the Mosinee Brewing Company food trailer. With some hard work and lots of love, I was able to build an amazing clientele. Eventually culminating in being voted the BEST overall food truck/trailer in all of Marathon County in 2025! (along with several others awards!)

So in the winter of 2026, I was able to purchase my very own food trailer! After some elbow grease in the spring 2026, its ready to go!

Born and raised in Weston, I plan to stay close to my roots. I will be popping up all over the county, including stops in Mosinee, Rothschild, Wausau, and more!
